Swiss Cheese

Meet Alizabeth. I've known her since high school, but only recently have we taken the time to get together and get to know one another. I've photographed her and her son a few times now - she's been a great client. She's been an even better friend - she is one of a few people that is extremely passionate and supportive of me & my work. How rad is that?! 

I traveled down to Albany on a warm Saturday. I met up with her and she took me on a journey to a place she called Swiss Cheese. There are holes in the rocks along the river, which give this spot its name. I didn't take any pictures of it though (maybe next time). This girl is a trooper! Very patient and willing to try anything to get a good shot. I'm super glad she put up with me and my mind - "do this... no wait... i lied... do this! no, nevermind... " Or waiting for me to walk along the slimy rocks in the river - "...just.. getting my footing-" and nearly slipping and falling with my camera into the water. Go me.

Anyway. Alizabeth is such a warm, kind-hearted, positive individual. I'm so happy we are friends. :)
