Meet Tanja! I have known this girl for a couple of years now through facebook after a chance encounter in Corvallis a couple of years ago (and a mutual friend- my boyfriend's little brother was a classmate. whodathunkit?). Today I was finally able to photograph her and get to know her a little better. I sat down and started playing Joy Williams' cover of Duran Duran's Ordinary World (y'all should listen, it's beautiful). I felt like the song definitely applied to these photos, and so, as per usual, I let the feelings take over my editing style.
