Looks as though I'm on a love-blogging-bonanza this week... 

Meet Shaun & Jena. These two are some of my closest friends. I met Jena on a photoshoot, and recognizing her superb abilities, asked her to model for me. Well, one thing led to another, and about a year-ish later (maybe?) I had received a seemingly random facebook message from some dude saying I was an amazing artist (ego boost anyone?) and that oh yeah, he was her boyfriend. So of course I had to meet and hang out with this guy. Now here we are, and I can honestly say he is the older brother that just took me forever to meet. AND I AM SO HAPPY FOR THEM. The amount of love, care, and respect these two have for each other is out of this world. If anyone gives me hope for love, it's them. (Not to mention they have both helped gain an immense amount of confidence this past year in their own ways, and I am forever grateful to them) 

When they asked me if I would photograph their elopement, you know I said HECK YES! So, here are a few shots from their courthouse elopement, on a rainy June day in Southwest Washington. On our way to building, Come Rain or Come Shine came on the radio. It was kind of perfect.
